Your software should outlast every trend.

We build CRM, ERP, and operations systems your business owns instead of rents, for companies tired of migrating off another deprecated SaaS.

Your data stays in one database on your own infrastructure. Each team gets its own application on top of it, and the system still fits in year five.

  • 10+ engineers
  • Your data stays yours
  • B2B clients worldwide

If any of this sounds familiar, we should talk.

You're stuck on the SaaS treadmill

A tool gets deprecated or acquired. You migrate your data, retrain your team, and two years later it happens again. Every switch costs money and your team's trust in its systems. You're done renewing contracts for software you don't own.

Your data lives in seven different systems

CRM doesn't talk to planning. The field team runs on WhatsApp. Finance exports CSVs at month-end. "One source of truth" sounds like fiction.

Field service software

You need custom, built properly

You've been burned by dev shops that disappear after launch. You want an architecture you can extend, documentation you can read, and a team that thinks before it codes.

Your stack works, but it isn't yours

Nothing is broken. Sales runs HubSpot, finance runs Exact, email lives in Outlook. None of it is in a database you own. When Exact goes down, your accounting stops. When HubSpot raises its prices, you have to migrate. Your call notes sit with a vendor in California.

Why every business needs sovereignty

All four have the same fix: one system you own, with the tools you keep connected to it.

One data layer you own

Your business memory lives in your infrastructure, not behind someone else's API.

Why this matters: sovereignty

Connected to every system you keep

HubSpot, Exact, and Outlook all flow into one database under your control.

Many apps, one source of truth

Sales, planning, field, and finance interfaces all read from the same data.

Each team gets their own view

Built for the way each team actually works. Nobody fights the interface.

Add apps without ever migrating

Need a new tool in year three? Plug it in. The core never gets thrown away.

Our approach: the plan comes before the code

Questions buyers ask us first.

What does Albus build?

Custom CRM systems, ERP and planning systems, automation and AI built into your own system, mobile apps for field teams, integrations with the tools you already use, and software architecture consulting. The systems run on one data layer that you own.

What does a custom system cost?

Custom systems usually start from an annual budget of €20k. Connecting two systems, or building on software you already run, is scoped separately and often costs well under that. After a 30-minute call you have a one-page plan and a ballpark price.

Do we have to replace HubSpot, Exact or Outlook?

No. Keep whatever works. We sync its data into a database you own and the tools stay where they are. Because the data is already yours, you can replace any of them later.

Who owns the code and the data?

Your data is always yours. With code, it depends. Clients generally have access to the source. Some want exclusivity because they plan to sell the software to others. Some go further and buy out a whole industry, so they are our only client in that sector. Others keep the budget down: they build on our existing software and prefer a licence over a one-time build fee.

How soon do we see something working?

A first version can be ready in as little as two weeks. A version your team can test internally usually takes about a month.

How do we start?

Book a 30-minute call. You bring the problem and leave with a one-page plan and a ballpark price. If you would rather write, send a message and you get a reply within one business day.

That's what we build. Let's talk about yours.
