Software for field service and installation companies

Planners on one side, crews on the other, and one database between them. That is how we build for companies whose work happens on site.

One database, an app per role

We build one database with an application for each kind of user. Planners and managers get a desktop app for scheduling, dispatch and analytics. Field workers get a mobile app for their tasks, real-time reporting and the client's sign-off. Both read from and write to the same data, so an update in the field shows up in the office straight away.

A mobile app for people on site

The mobile app works offline and syncs when the connection returns. It covers photo capture, task reporting and digital client sign-off, and we design it for bright sunlight, gloves and one-handed use. It is never a separate product. It reads and writes the central database.

Margin per task, while the work runs

Once planning and time tracking sit in one system, you see what was planned, who carried it out, how long it took and what the client confirmed. That gives you margin per task, planned against actual, instead of a figure that surfaces at month-end.

Dispatch under time pressure

On Belgian election day, a failed voting machine has to be replaced within minutes. We built the dispatcher that routed 500+ technicians across 22 cells in real time and covered 5,000+ polling stations. It chose each replacement by GPS distance, current availability and what was already loaded in the van.

Connected to what you already run

The platform connects to your accounting, your CRM and the other systems you keep. When a new need comes up, we add an application on the same data instead of replacing the core.
