Questions about a Robaws integration.

Does Robaws have an API?

Yes. Robaws documents an API for clients, quotes, projects, work orders and hours, among others, and webhooks report each change. We work through a separate API user, so no employee shares their login.

Can you connect Robaws to Outlook, WhatsApp or Teamleader?

Yes. From Outlook we read the name, company and question off an email. Through WhatsApp a client asks for an appointment that lands in your agenda. We mirror Teamleader contacts into the same database.

Do we have to replace Robaws?

No. You keep Robaws and we build around it. If you move to something else later, you already have your data.

What does a Robaws integration cost?
