Custom software for SMEs: CRM, ERP, apps and integrations
We don't sell software products. We build systems: one data core that serves several functions and grows with your business. You stay in control.
Each system fits one business, but the principles stay the same: you own your data, the system can be extended, and security is built in from day one.

What you’re probably wondering.
How much does a system like this cost?
Custom systems usually start from an annual budget of €20k. Building on software you already run, or connecting two systems, is scoped separately and often costs well under that. You get a ballpark in the first conversation and a firm number once we’ve mapped the project together.
How long until we see something working?
A first version can be ready in as little as two weeks. A version your team can test internally usually takes a month, and that’s often when the value starts to show. After that, the system grows into the rest of your business over the following months as we connect more of your software, based on the needs that come up.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes, that’s a normal week for us. Our clients are spread across Europe and beyond, and the way we build (architecture-first, remote-by-default) is the same whether you’re in the next city or the next continent. We come on-site wherever and whenever it’s useful.
Who owns the code and the data?
Your data is always yours. With code, it depends. Clients generally have access to the source. Some want exclusivity because they plan to sell the software to others. Some go further and buy out a whole industry, so they are our only client in that sector. Others keep the budget down: they build on our existing software and prefer a licence over a one-time build fee.
Can we start with just consulting?
Yes. Many clients start with an architecture engagement. You get a clear picture of what to build and a phased roadmap. Build it with us or take the plan elsewhere. Either way, the plan is worth having.
What about our in-house developers?
We often work alongside in-house teams. Sometimes we build the system. Sometimes we design the architecture and your team builds it. Sometimes we pair on specific parts. We pick whatever saves you time and gets the best result.
Not sure where to start?
Most companies don’t know exactly what they need at the start. Send a few lines about what you run today. You get a ballpark price in the first conversation.
