A CRM for sales teams with long client relationships

A sales team needs relationship history, and a pipeline holds only part of it. We build CRMs around notes, so every call, email, deal and invoice for a client sits on one timeline in a database you own.

What a pipeline misses

Standard CRM systems organize client data around pipelines and deal stages. That works for tracking sales opportunities. Support conversations, delivery milestones, invoice statuses and phone calls end up in separate systems or in people's heads, and when someone leaves, that knowledge leaves with them.

Notes at the center

The base unit is a timestamped note about something that happened with a client. On its own, a note is institutional knowledge. Link it to a deal, a ticket, a delivery or an invoice and it takes on that context. Sales, support, delivery and finance read the same history.

Calls and email land on the right client

In the CRM we built for an IT networking and support company, every incoming email lands as a note on the right client, and phone calls are logged as timestamped notes on the same timeline. We also build a phone-to-CRM connection that transcribes the call, matches it to the contact and pulls out the follow-up as a task. The Outlook connection reads the name, company and deal off an email and writes them into your CRM fields.

When your top salesperson leaves

Would you keep their call history? In a CRM you own, the notes, calls and emails stay on the client's timeline, in your infrastructure, with full export. A colleague who takes over the relationship finds the whole conversation already there.

Before and after

Before
  • Sales, support, delivery, finance in separate tools
  • Client knowledge stuck in people's heads
  • Client context reconstructed from email threads
  • No way to connect a phone call to a deal or a ticket
After
  • One searchable note history per client
  • Email, call notes and invoices linked automatically
  • Tickets, deals, deliveries inherit the same context
  • Nothing falls through the cracks when someone leaves
